I'm pretty sure the girl giving all the hate to pi phi is a zeta....all the posts sound the same and they go along with all the positive comments on the zeta page.

Yes, they do all sound the same....nasty. Someone really does think that all it takes to be a top chapter is to be "hot". That is certainly important but classy, smart, nice, and from a good family are all at least as imprortant to top chapters. The true top chapters drop girls with bad reputations and low grades no matter what they look like. That is why the top five are the top five...they have the whole package and looks are NOT the most important aspect.

Also, DG is getting all positive comments too.

are not top houses. Zeta had to do SPRING RUSH. NO TOP HOUSE HAD TO DO THAT. There are some lovely, classy girls in both sororities but they do not recruit the same ones as Kappa, Pi Phi, Tri Delt, Chi o and Theta. I know during rush girls who got cut from those top 5 were praying they'd get zeta or dg. Heres my ranking

Top: Kappa, Pi Phi, Tri Delt, Chi O, Theta
Upper Middle: Zeta, DG
Lower Middle (big drop): AXO, KD, DZ
Bottom: Gamma Phi, ADPi

is way too active on this site and definitely not a top house. it's the big 3 kappa, tri delt, and chi o, and then nothing else. zeta, theta and pi phi are next, and then maybe dg.

but not really, pi phi, number 5 or 6 is not considered top out of 12

all the hate. who cares who is top? i personally think the big 5 exists at a&m but everyone is entitled to their own opinion. I don't think it is pi phi who keeps saying they are top because if you look at the ranking numbers they have less than anyone. people need to chill out with the hate.. if you really want to determine who is a "top" house then look at who the top fraternities mix with

All the kappa seniors mix with the KA and SAE seniors. The juniors mix with KA. Sophomores with KA/Beta/Fiji. Freshmen with KA and Fiji.
All the pi phi seniors mix with the Fiji and Beta seniors. Juniors mix with KA. Sophomores with KA and Beta. Freshmen with KA and Fiji.
All the tri delt seniors mix with the Beta and Fiji seniors. Juniors with Fiji. Sophomores with SAE and Fiji. Freshmen with SAE, Fiji, Beta.
All the chi o seniors mix with the Fiji seniors. Juniors with Fiji. Sophomores with Fiji and Freshmen with Fiji. Also BCA.

This site is for chapters to rate their house. The ranks are not real as it is opinion based. You will see who is top during recruitment as it will be obvious by your conversations with each girl. You can tell a good house from a bad house by how many members they have, grades on the cpc website and campus involvement of the members. Please go on with an open mind as I did and you will be in the house you fit best in.

Where are the grades for Fall 10 and Spring 11. I know that some of the houses have drastically changed (in both good and bad ways) with their grades. I heard DG was #1 in the fall but I can't find it anywhere....
