You can move pi phi and they around and I would put axo in the upper tier. Also zeta is slipping after 5 girls dropped out.

I think real rankings is more accurate. Guess it just depends on your perspective. I have to say that if grades are that important to you, how can you possibly put Zeta second? However, I do think the top 7 are:

Kappa, Chi Omega, Pi Phi, Tri Delt, Zeta, Theta, Dg

I put them in the order that I think is accurate, but I do realize that it depends on what you think is important. Those seven are all very strong for different reasons. Just depends on what you like and want from your group.

with @real rankings. Yours are not entirely accurate but are more so than "real rankings". I think Tri Delt deserves to be higher (Zeta and Theta a little lower probably), but I really feel like both Pi Phi and Chi O have slipped over the past few years (especially this year). Yes, grades matter, but they aren't the only thing that matters. If you went by only grades, DG would be the top sorority. Not saying DG isn't a good sorority (because they are a good chapter), but you know what I'm getting at.

Kappa has pretty girls and the guys are always wearing their shirts, zeta's are party girls but they have great PR, theta is personally one of my least favoite but they raised a bunch of money this year for their philanthropy, dgs have good grades, tri delt has a bunch of weird girls but they are really cute, chio has closet drinkers but still manages to pull of good grades, pi phi had a few bad rushes but has a good sisterhood, axo has a bunch of really quite girls or REALLY loud girls, gphi is moving up and is super involved in other organizations, kd has a few grenades but then again who doesnt?, dz has slipped the last 4 years to lower.. its not classy when you take your littles out to drink after big/little reveal, and adpi is well... adpi.

Theta you are on here too much. You all have never been top 3......top 5 yes, but top 3 no. I personally think you are number 5 and always have been. The truth below me is accurate. Those are top 5, they have been top 5, and they will stay top five. It is the same all over Texas. Zeta girls are very pretty and fun but wilder. DG is a great chapter but zeta and DG are never going to get top girls from areas lime Alamo Heights, Memorial, Highland park etc. Sorry but that is the truth.

On what you want.....theta is a good house but they don't mix. I personally think that makes them less popular than other top ones. I mean it is college.....

Beta: Kappa, Pi Phi

Delt: Zeta and that's about it.

SAE: DG, Zeta and not sure who else..

Since KA, Fiji, and Beta are top three frats who they mix with says a lot......
