Yes they are. They clearly had one of the best pledge classes, they mix with great frats and sororities, they have cute girls, and make good grades. Why in the world wouldn't they "be as good this year?" Someone just thinks they can make their chapter look better by knocking Pi Phi and Theta so hard. Very sorry, but "real ranks" said it EXACTLY right. Pi Phi is actually my second favorite.....after my own house. :)

ZETA DID SPRING RUSH. You girls think you can call yourselves a top tier sorority when you have to do spring rush? Just no.

I can't wait until this fall's rush. We'll see who is "tops" then. Maybe three years in a row of certain things happening will be enough for some of you to change your views on our Greek system. A house is not "always" top. I think some of you are either unhappy middle-tier houses or "top" houses who are worried because they are slipping. A couple of the top houses are as strong as they have always been, but some are definitely slipping and it shows.

Pi Phi got one of the best pledge classes this year. Definitely top 2. I am a Chi O and I will admit that. We were all talking about how we got the top pledge classes of the year since DDD was good but not great and KKG had to snap bid.

i have not seen any of the younger pi phis especially, mixing with top fraternities...

Wow, Chi O did not get the top pledge class this year. They got a good one but it could have been a lot better. Some of the middle-tier houses did better than y'all.

had a great time. pi phi and kappa are hands down my favorite houses on campus
