Just because Pi Phi, XO, DDD, and Kappa and the "top four" in the South does not mean they are guaranteed to be "top" houses at A&M. Other houses having bad chapters at other schools says nothing about their rating at A&M. I am not saying that none of the XO, DDD, Pi Phi, and Kappa houses are good here, but some are being given a lot of credit they don't deserve. I am tired of hearing how Zeta and DG can't be good sororities at A&M because "they aren't in the top four in Texas". The fact is both houses were desired at rush, more so than a couple of the "top 4" houses at our school.

In the south. Big six in Texas are:

Pi Phi, Kappa, Theta,Chi Omega, Tri Delt , and Zeta

That does not mean they have to be the best at A&M, it just means that they DO have an edge during rush with families who have Greek knowledge. Girls pledge for life, not just for the four years.

are so off. everyone knows zeta is far from number one. they did spring recruitment. gamma phi is not 5 either and pi phi, xo, axo and tri delt should all be higher. the same people get on this site and rank all the time and it shows.

You guys at A&M. I think you are the last to cling to a big 6. Foot binding in China was THE big thing to do in China a while back. See where it is now? Just let go of this outdated concept. Geez................

A&M will never have the top girls like UT, SMU, or TCU. That's why they try copying. A&M should be original and just let things fall in a natural order.

You might not like it, but those six are the most respected in Texas. Sorry, it is not a thing of the past.

As for the other bozo posting about how bad ATM girls are......unless you are from UT(which I highly doubt) sorry you WERE NOT snart enough to get in to ATM so you had to depend on Daddy's money to buy you a spot at SMU or TCU. Gig en

who you consider to be the best in this group depends on who you ask but these are the top houses.

XO and Kappa are the very top 2. PiPhi and/or Theta are not that good. We're not talking about the cream of the crop but the cream of the CREAM! A&M PiPhis get alot of rejects, even from Zeta.
