How things seem to be going/how I think things will be in the near future:

Sororities:

Top House: DDD - the only top tier that seems to be continuously improving

Top Tier: KKG, ZTA, DG, XO - KKG & ZTA will likely always be considered top, but they've definitely declined a lot. DG and XO have historically been upper middle but they seem to be sky-rocketing

Upper Middle: PBP, AXO - PBP really hasn't changed and will stay upper middle, AXO is becoming increasingly popular

Middle: KAT, GPB - KAT has declined a bit and is no longer upper middle, GPB is improving and has broken into the middle tier

Lower/Bottom: KD, DZ, ADPi - KD is improving but is still lower tier, DZ is steadily going downhill, and ADPi will likely always just stay at the bottom because of the stigma attached to it

I would watch A D Pi. They have really improved and are getting better quality girls than DZ and KD. They will have total by fall recruitment.

Agreed. There's only one way for ADPi to go and that's up. Give it a few semesters and I think you'll see ADPi at least passing up DZ

Not what the standard GR groupies like you to think, but this is definitely a much more realistic ranking based on current membership
