How things seem to be going/how I think things will be in the near future:
Sororities:
Top House: DDD - the only top tier that seems to be continuously improving
Top Tier: KKG, ZTA, DG, XO - KKG & ZTA will likely always be considered top, but they've definitely declined a lot. DG and XO have historically been upper middle but they seem to be sky-rocketing
Upper Middle: PBP, AXO - PBP really hasn't changed and will stay upper middle, AXO is becoming increasingly popular
Middle: KAT, GPB - KAT has declined a bit and is no longer upper middle, GPB is improving and has broken into the middle tier
Lower/Bottom: KD, DZ, ADPi - KD is improving but is still lower tier, DZ is steadily going downhill, and ADPi will likely always just stay at the bottom because of the stigma attached to it

Fraternities:
Top House: KA - has always been on top and though they've definitely gone downhill a little bit I don't think they'll be dislodged for a while
Top Tier: Fiji, SigEp, SAE - Fiji has gone downhill immensely but will still likely always be considered top tier. Historically, SigEp and SAE have been upper middle but they've sky-rocketed. If SigEp can keep it going and SAE can make it through their recent probation they'll both solidfy themselves as top tier
Upper Middle: Sigma Chi, Beta - Sigma Chi is benefitting a lot from alumni money and quickly becoming more popular. If they just improve their PCs they'll move into upper middle. Beta has raced down from the top in a sharp decline but are still hanging onto upper mid
Middle: Delt, Sigma Nu, Pike - Delt used to be upper middle but they've gone downhill a lot and suffered pretty hard from getting in trouble. Sigma Nu and Pike used to be lower tier but they're steadily improving and becoming more popular
Lower/Bottom: All the other guys

Coming from a girl, the guys in Pike are much nicer and cooler than the guys in Delt, and Sigma Nu has better parties

With exception of fajitas and Ritas, which isn't as good as it used to be anyway, Pike and Sigma Nu both throw better parties than Delt in my opinion

Given recent events, I don't think DZ is going anywhere but way, way down. Besides, their newest girls just do not compare to their older PCs, like, at all. Truthfully, wouldn't be surprised if people started mentioning them in the same sentence as ADPi soon
