it's a new year...

In honor of 2015, I think this really needs to be said.
Kappa and Zeta are not as good as everyone makes them out to be. They're just "supposed" to be good...so people say they are.

DG, Pi Phi, XO, and Tri Delt got WAY better girls in their PC14. I can't tell you how many friends I had that had Zeta or Kappa(or both) on pref night, and preffed one of the other 4 first. Pledges are finally starting to see that those 2 houses are superficial. Instead, that want a house with real sisterhood and genuine people. DG, Pi Phi, Tri Delt, and XO have those qualities...as well as being liked by guys and having good grades.

So let's start this new year out by acknowledging that things are changing.
