Fraternities:

Top: The types of guys to talk about "old money." Wealthy, very selective, and very prestigious. All the guys come from wealthy families in the same area codes and are almost entirely white. They don't really act like traditional frats; no real houses or big parties, they just rely on their exclusive relations with top tier sororities and "elite" status
-KA Fiji and Beta

Upper: The more traditional frats; they throw big parties and have nice houses and concentrate on brotherhood. They're not necessarily wealthy but they're still pretty selective and somewhat prestigious. These are usually the top choices for guys who don't have much of an interest in a top-tier style frat. They're also probably the most socially involved and popular overall.
-SAE SigEp and Delt

Middle: Not necessarily wealthy or prestigious, and not all that selective; they're pretty much just your average guys. But they still throw enough parties and are socially involved enough to be pretty popular with lower tier sororities.
-Pike Sigma Chi and Sigma Nu

Lower: Bordering on irrelevance. Most of these guys you wouldn't expect to find in Greek life. Still, they have enough GDIs and girls from lower tier sororities coming to their parties that people at least know who they are
