fraternity row

I wouldn't count on it happening anytime soon, or even ever. For one College Station is really hostile towards Greek Life, and I believe the city passed a law saying no more fraternity houses can be built inside city limits. So if there was a fraternity row it'd have to be pretty far from campus. Plus it would require all the fraternities that already have nice houses (SAE, SigEp, Sigma Chi, Sigma Nu) to be both willing to give theirs up, and able to sell it to someone. Both of which are pretty unlikely. Besides I'm pretty sure no one could afford it. It would take a lot of money, and I'm pretty sure the chapters with nice houses haven't paid them off yet, and the chapters that don't have nice houses...I mean if they can't even afford a house now, how would they be able to put one on a fraternity row?
