No. Just no. DG is not top, and AXO is nowhere near top, they're about as middle tier as middle gets. XO and TriDelt are definitely top tier not middle. SAE isn't really top, and Delt is barely upper middle. This is so wrong on so many levels

I would say there are 5 top sororities and 7 more on the rise. ZETA, Tri delt, DG, XO, and Kappa are the top but no order because everyone you talk to would put them in different order.

I think that's pretty much exactly how it is. Maybe move Sigma Chi down with Sigma Nu and Pike, but otherwise pretty accurate
