callaway vs hullabaloo vs traditions

Would someone please tell me pros and cons of each. Also, what about Calloway villas?Are they all all freshman? I want to meet lots of people and be very social. Anything else I should consider? Thanks

Callaway Villas if you want to be with Greek. Hullabaloo is not Greek at all really, traditions is irrelevant

if you're going to be a freshmen and you are rushing, live in the Callaway House. All the new pledge classes live there and its a lot of fun.

If you're rushing I'd say live in the house. Villas has some greek people, but it's a lot more tank top/SnapBack/rib tat/douche bags.
