Most houses require their executive council (president, vp membership, ect.) to live in the house and then it's offered up to the newest pledge class...typically girls who will be sophomores the next year. With pc's in the upper 80s-lower 90s not all girls will live in the house. Most houses base it on a points system or GPA

They all want their sophomores to live in the house. They have bills to pay so the rooms have to be rented. There are ways to get out of it if that much togetherness for a whole year doesn't sound like your thing though. Doesn't make you a bad member if you don't want to live there.
