It's not an IFC fraternity. I personally like the guys in BYX. I don't know anything about they're pledgedship ect. But the do mix with sororities like Pi Phi, KD, and Chi O

They're not IFC but that doesn't mean they're not respected. I would group them with other non-IFC men's groups like Ol' Ags, BCA, AMC, One Army. Girls like these groups because they generally put up a better showing at Songfest, are more involved on campus, and hold leadership positions. BYX is known to be REALLY religious.
