blinn team girls
by: Future RushI was wondering how everything worked out with the girls who rushed and are in Blinn team. I'm currently in blinn team and have decided I want to rush, I possibly might rush this spring or just wait till fall of 2015. Any advice?

Don't so spring! Yes it's sooner and more laid back, but houses don't have to do spring. Which means that you don't have the same opportunity to go to all 12 houses and find your home! Probably only 4ish do spring. Wait until fall!! I rushed as a sophomore and it's so much easier/not as stressful! Just get to know people already in houses and get involved on campus and have a good GPA(at least 3.0, but probs 3.2ish or higher)!(:

IMO, that's risky b/c a lot of sophomore BT people dropped or released completely. AXO and Pi Phi didn't even take BT this year, so you're really only looking at most 10 houses, not all 12. Sure some sophs had a good experience, but what happens if you're one that doesn't? If you wait till the fall, and you're a soph, and it doesn't work out, then you're going to be kicking yourself that you didn't at least try in the spring. Then your next option is the following year, which, yes, you'll be full time at TAMU by then, but It's 100 times harder for a junior to rush than a soph. Juniors aren't desired because of the small amount of time you'll be able to contribute to the chapter.

How do I get into spring rush? Will there be a sign up or do I contact the sororities?
