I HATE fiji but I can admit that they're right behind KA for top house. They absolutely are better than SAE and Delt and Sig Ep. Beta is right behind Fiji with delt and SAE.

Idk about Fiji but Beta definitely isn't above SAE SigEp or Delt. They're honestly just above Sigma Nu and Pike.

I'd say:
KA/Fiji>
SAE/SigEp/Delt>
Sigma Chi>
Beta>
Sigma Nu/Pike
