1. KA - Has always and likely will always be considered top tier, nobody will argue against this. Closest thing we have to a top house.
2. SAE/SigEp/Delt- these are the most "popular" chapters, as in they throw the biggest parties and are a bit less exclusive as to who they hang out with so everyone seems to like them. SAE may be a bit above the others; they've always been considered a top tier chapter and have more money and a better property. SigEp and Delt traditionally have been considered the "Upper Middle" chapters throughout history but are now almost unquestionably top.
3. Fiji- Traditionally considered #2 next to KA but have simply been unable to keep up with SAE/SigEp/Delt and have been sinking in popularity. Some will still say they're top but just as many will say they're not
4. Beta-Basically a watered down Fiji. Upper Middle and staying there
5. Sigma Chi- the wild card. They've always been considered middle tier but they seem to be gaining immense popularity. Could be in the same category as SAE/SigEp/Delt in a couple years

Is Sigma Chi just all over this site or what? I don't understand why everyone thinks they're suddenly about to jump tiers. Y'all do realize the only reason they had Waka Flocka and a good rush this semester is because they did absolutely nothing all of last year right? They're not gonna be able to pull it off again. And a good rush means nothing if it doesn't bring in a good PC. And the new Sigma Chi class is all numbers. It's mainly guys who either
1) Got cut by the top tier
2) Pledged as sophomores cause they couldn't get a bid freshman year
3) Shifted over to Sigma Chi after Kappa Sig got in trouble
4) Go to Blinn
5) Are minorities
Not the kind of PC that will send them up the ranks

i feel like no one on this website bashing sigma chi actually knows anything about them other than the creepy rep and waka. like how would you know what sigma chi does. they didn't have the house last year thats why they didn't do much other than fight night. but now that its back they already had two of the best rush parties this fall and will be having some of the best parties to come like snowed in which was my favorite when i was a freshmen. w/e delt is falling off the map tho

took a pledge class full of blinn kids and sophomores who couldn't get bids anywhere else. they have arguably the worst pledge class

I've legitimately had a few Sigma Chi actives tell me that they're upset with the quality of their pledge class because they recognize they took quality over quantity and feel like the new class is lacking in character and brotherhood potential. I still think Sigma Chi is better than Beta, but lets not act like Sigma Chi took some amazing pledge class that will shoot them up the ranks

More like Fiji is the laughing stock of Greek life and everyone knows it. If you think Fiji is above SAE, SigEp, Delt, or even Sigma Chi you're delusional
