The last year and especially this fall have seen a big shift in tiers. It's pretty clear to see that Greek Life is exploding, and things are moving around because of it. This is how things are now (in no particular order within tiers)

Sororities
Top: Zeta, TriDelt
Lower Top: XO, KKG, DG
Upper Middle: PiPhi, Theta
Middle: AXO, DZ
Lower: Gamma Phi, KD
Bottom: ADPi

Fraternities
Top: KA
Lower Top: Fiji, SAE, SigEp, Delt
Upper Middle: Sigma Chi, Beta
Middle: Sigma Nu, Pike
Lower: Kappa Sig, PiKap, ATO
Bottom: Everyone else

You might as well blend upper middle and middle into one. They're all about equal

No, they are not equal. AXO and PIPHI are much better than DZ and Theta.

Don't link AXO in with PiPhi. They are not equal in any way. AXO is probably right above DZ and Theta but pretty far below everyone above them (PiPhi, DG, XO, KKG, DDD, ZTA)

Pi Phi, Chi O, DG....no order depends on what you want

Theta, AXO SO SO different so no order

Sorority rankings are pretty accurate but fraternities should be more like:

KA, Fiji
SAE, Sigep
Delt, Beta
Sigma Chi
Pike
Sigma Nu, Kappa Sig
PiKap, Sammy
PhiDelt, Chi Phi
ATO, DKE

About as accurate as it gets, though I'd say KA can go ahead and be brought down to the rest of the top tier fraternities. They're really not in a league of their own in any way
