The last year and especially this fall have seen a big shift in tiers. It's pretty clear to see that Greek Life is exploding, and things are moving around because of it. This is how things are now (in no particular order within tiers)

Sororities
Top: Zeta, TriDelt
Lower Top: XO, KKG, DG
Upper Middle: PiPhi, Theta
Middle: AXO, DZ
Lower: Gamma Phi, KD
Bottom: ADPi

Fraternities
Top: KA
Lower Top: Fiji, SAE, SigEp, Delt
Upper Middle: Sigma Chi, Beta
Middle: Sigma Nu, Pike
Lower: Kappa Sig, PiKap, ATO
Bottom: Everyone else

The only way that works is if Delt moves down too cause Delt is honestly probably below both SigEp and Fiji

Maybe it's because I'm not a Beta/Fiji who feels threatened by Delt passing me up, but I have no problem with considering them top.

In my opinion:
KA/SAE: Cream of the crop from wealthy, prestigious zip codes
SigEp/Delt: Cream of the crop from all over, no real preference on zip code
Fiji/Beta: the weird , douchy guys who happen to be from good zip codes

Agreed. Fiji is overrated. And nobody cares about Beta
