I heard multiple snap bids..... wonder why they seem to be having issues?

snap bidding happens on bid day when chapters don't meet quota.
COB is when a house doesn't meet the chapter total due to people graduating early or going alumni status early.

CPC did chapter total at the median this year so 6 houses automatically fell under chapter total and will have to COB.

I don't know if Theta is one of them though!

No they didn't. They had hard cuts on grades and made quota. Got lots of good girls. Still not back where they were but making progress.
