Im curious........why is Kappa always considered a top house??

To be honest I don't really know. The girls are a mix of attractive and average and most give off the idgaf attitude. There sisterhood is ok but you don't really know unless you're in that chapter so that's just my take on things. I don't think they're that involved with their philanthropy either
