Not all of the houses within tiers compete for the same girls because some are generally more conservative, ect. but this pretty much sums it up after the new PCs came out. I will say a lot of the "top" houses are very much just sisters for pictures.

They were 'new'... yes, the sorority system can be a little stupid. NO they didn't 'do' anything bad. They had a hard time getting their numbers up due to the way the system works, but they eventually conquered it. Actually considering they now have more members than most of the other houses, I think they did great job. It just takes time to be able to build your membership to a point when you can get more and more selective. They have been at that point in recent years thanks to many years of hard work emphasizing building their sisterhood.

There's really only a big gap between those and ADPi. ADPi has improved tremendously but still has a ways to go. Gamma Phi is recovering from a bad rep from awhile back. KD, theta, and DZ are pretty similar
