Why does Fiji always insist on calling itself a top house? I never hear good things about them, they don't really do much or even have a real fraternity house, are basically invisible on campus, and everyone makes fun of them

Top Houses???? Only if all that matters to you is a zip code definitely not top houses based on looks, campus involvement and overall popularity. These might not matter to you but they do to most....but have fun ranking within your bubble.

KD should be moved up to middle. Great sisterhood and raise a ton of money for their philanthropy

KD and Gamma Phi are on the same level as DZ and Theta, there's no difference

DZ and Theta are more desirable then Gamma Phi and KD. DZ tends to be better looking and Theta tends to be classier and more "bring her home to your mom" types. Gamma Phi and KD aren't bad at all I'm just saying DZ and Theta are pretty well liked, though not super respected tier wise but who cares
