Almost agreed with the other one but just thought I'd share my thoughts.

Top House: KA
Top Tier: SAE, Sig Ep, Sigma Chi, Delt
Lower Top: Fiji, Beta
Middle: SNU, Pike, PiKapp
Bottom: ATO, Kappa Sig
Rest don't matter.

Agreed. I think this ranking is fair maybe change Delt and Sigep but Sigma Chi definitely solidified themselves with this rush

SAE may not be on KAs level yet but they've definitely improved over the past couple years for sure. I think we're seeing a lot of the Upper Middle/Lower Top fraternities make some serious gains

heres how i see it

top: 1. KA 2. SAE
top tier: Delt, Sig Ep, Sig Chi
lower top: Fiji, Beta
Middle: SNU, Pike
Lower: ATO, Kappa sig, pikapp

Saying Sigma Nu is equal with SigEp is like saying PiKapp is equal with Delt. We might as well start calling DKE and Theta Chi top houses
