Things have changed, a lot. With the new pledge classes things will likely change even more, but as of the end of rush this is where things stand:
1.) KA & SAE
2.) Delt & SigEp
3.) Sigma Chi
4.) Fiji, & Beta
5.) Pike & Sigma Nu
6.) PiKapp
7.) Kappa Sig & ATO

Sigma chi had a great rush and if they arent on delt and sig eps level this semester they will be next semester

Quality over quantity. I'm not saying Sigma Chi isn't improving, because they are, but I wouldn't put them in the top tier yet. They took a huge class full of sub-par guys that got cut from chapters like KA, SAE, SigEp and Delt. I personally know they took multiple guys who rushed the top chapters three semesters over and never got a bid until they went Sigma Chi
