Do the top tier sororities really already have their pledge classes picked out?

Yes but there are a lot of girls with no connection that still get too sororities you still have a chance but you have to be very impressive

This is a ridiculous statement. Sororities look at resumes and recs and choose girls they're interested in on paper. Then they meet all the girls and constantly revise their list. Just like PNMs know a little coming in then revise their interest after visiting the houses. Don't worry about it.
