They have too many girls going through recruitment that they do know, they're cutting within that group too. These are people they've gone to HS with, gone to camp with, on teams with, in their parent's social groups, legacies,etc. It's a very narrow group but lots of girls fit the profile due to large volume of girls that are from those same areas. I figured it out immediately - just listen during recruitment how they know each other.....there's a trend. They aren't looking to expand their horizons to those 'outside their circle ' - this circle is already overflowing.
