How hard is it to get into chi o if you're a legacy? Will that help at all or not really?

not true. Chi O has more legacies every year than there are spots in a pledge class. It is impossible for them to take all of them and so there is no guarantee that you will make it just because you're a legacy. If you make it past philanthropy day though you have a pretty good shot. They are respectful of their legacies though by releasing them before pref so that they can form bonds with another chapter.

Legacies get a second look, but many are released from EVERY house, not just Chi O.

Chi O's play dirty. Don't let them tell you they can't wait to see you back or they can't wait to have you as a sister! They don't play by the rules and they should be reported.
