No one exclusively hangs out with anyone. It's not like fraternities and sororities have dibs on each other. You'll see girls from just about every sorority at any fraternity event and vice versa. There will just likely be more girls or guys from certain sororities/fraternities depending on who it is. And it's the same way with hanging out outside of events and parties

AXO: Everyone and anyone, mainly SAE, Sigep, Delt
Pi Phi: Some KA, Fiji, & Beta, most don't hang out with other greeks
Theta: Some Sigep, SX, and Beta, most don't hang out with other greeks
DZ: Everyone and anyone, mainly SAE, Sigep, SX, and Kappa Sig
Gamma Phi: Everyone and anyone, mainly SAE and Kappa Sig
KD & ADPi: Don't really know what they do

this is actually pretty accurate. But it really doesn't matter, join whatever sorority YOU want and hang out with whatever guys YOU like. If you're pretty it's not like they're going to kick you out solely based on what sorority you're in. They don't care. They just want to hang out with cool girls who they get along with.

Yea, for the most part. Tri Delt almost entirely seems to hang out with KA and Fiji. You'll see a few at SAE, SigEp, Delt, & Beta but not in large numbers really. And you pretty much never see them hanging out with the middle tier and lower tier frats

A lot of people would say it's because TriDelt is really stuck up and refuse to be seen with anyone who they don't consider "top house". I'd say it's a mixture of this and the fact that KA and Fiji for the most part draw guys from the same three or four high schools that Tri Delt draws it's girls from, so there's pre-existing connections

There are some general tendencies, for example, you'll probably find more TriDelts and Kappas hanging out with KA and Fiji then you will with lower tier fraternities like Kappa Sig or Pike, but you'll still see them at Kappa Sig and Pike events. Everyone hangs out with everyone to some degree.
Overall though, in general, I would say there's groups that largely hang out with each other over others.
Kappa, Tri-Delt, and Pi Phi=KA, Fiji
Zeta, DG, XO, AXO, DZ, and Theta=SAE, Sigep, Sigma Chi, Delt, Beta
Gamma Phi, KD, and ADPi= Sigma Nu, Kappa Sig, Pike
For the most part. But its not exclusive. Pockets from every sorority hang out with pockets from every fraternity.
