BT have been eligible since they changed the rules in May. Eligible and going to be given a bid are two different things. Panhellenic has no control over who gets bids UNLESS they establish a quota (like they do with upper classmen - soph & juniors). Then you would have a much better chance since you can't be 'replaced' by an A&M PNM. It is pushing the boundaries of what is allowed, by bending the definition of an A&M student to include BT ONLY for recruitment. Junior college students are not allowed in National sororities ... so they SAY you're A&M even though you're not allowed every privilege of a full A&M student. A&M should just drop BT if they want you to be full students & let you in.

Why don't you call Panhellenic and verify? They just issued a statement
