top tiers are hard in their own ways. kappa/tri delt are hard for a number of reasons (connections/zip code), zeta is hard because you have to fit into a certain category for looks, chi o is hard because they strictly look for the jesus goers, dg is looking for their own specific type, and pi phi is looking for their own specific type. each relevant house is hard to get into based on different things such as what they specifically are looking for in a pnm.
