How hard is it to get into Zeta vs. getting into Kappa vs. getting into Tri-Delt?

It doesn't really have anything to do with being "hard" to get into. For the most part, there's nothing you can really do to get into any of those sororities. For Kappa & Tri-Delt, you just have to have been born into a rich family, gone to a certain high school, or be a legacy. And for Zeta, you just have to be born really pretty. Past that I honestly don't think any of those sororities actually bother to try and figure out whether or not they're getting quality girls, as long as you're hot or rich they'll take you. That's pretty much their criteria

this is true kind of. To get Kappa or Tri-Delt I've heard it makes it a whole lot easier to have connections with girls inside. They are usually each others competition while fighting over the same girls. Zeta is usually looking more for looks.

sororities care about all of these things:

Kindness

Intelligence

Sociable

Easy to get along with

and really pretty--it'd be a lie to say no one cares about looks (whether we consciously know it or not, people are naturally gravitated toward a good looking person). Its sad, and unfortunate, but the truth. I think people should focus more on inner beauty, but its not always the case.

Not all of them, these ones are very well known for being .... um. shallow. They just don't look past zip code & HS. If you're not in their clique, you should just cut them before they cut you. They won't keep you since there are far too many girls going thru that DO meet their criteria. It's sad but very true.
