here's where it gets confusing

Some Blinn Team girls ARE taking 12 hours at A&M and the rest at Blinn. So....would THOSE girls be able to join an NPC sorority since the national rules say new members must be taking at least 12 hours at the university?

This is getting a little crazy

If you are on Blinn team, you cannot take more than 5 hours per semester at A&M

you have not idea what you are talking about... blinndergarten team can not take more than 5 hours at most and that is no where near 12.
