They are girls that could not get into A&M on their own but they had decent scores from hs and the tests.... A&M has a program that lets them take some classes at A&M but most at Blinn to boost their gpa to try to get it high enough to be a full time A&M student. They are by means not stupid but A&M is very competitive to get into and this is how to give more opportunities for people to become Aggies!
