Top: The most popular groups, everyone wants to be one, you need connections or legacy to get in, smart, beautiful leaders

Kappa, Tri Delt, Zeta, Pi Phi

Middle: Same as above but not quite as popular and you don't always need connections, still smart, beautiful leaders

Delta Gamma, Alpha Chi, Chi Omega, Theta, Delta Zeta, Kappa Delta, Gamma Phi Beta, Alpha Delta Pi

Bottom: If you couldn't get into an NPC above, you join these. Nice girls but no national prestige or lifetime commitment/benefits

Maggies, Bells, Sigma Phi Lambda, etc.

I agree with the premise of this. But If you're going to include Pi Phi in the top and lump ALL the other houses as middle then Chi O and DG have to go to top too, because they're much similar to top groups than even Theta is to G Phi or ADPi.

Chi O is known for dirty rushing. They were in trouble last year. They should be bottom tier. Girls there are 11 other great choices that play by the rules.

They're still better than AXO, Theta, DZ, G Phi, KD, and ADPi. And closer to KKG, DDD, Pi Phi, and Zeta. (Same with DG for that matter).

You're dead wrong. Popularity doesn't exist. A hot girl that's fun to hang around with will always be more popular than a girl who isn't. It doesn't matter if she's in a house or not.
