There is always going to be different opinions as to the order of these but in terms of "tiers" this is as accurate as it's going to get. Kappa will always be #1.
Top: Kappa, Tri Delt, Zeta
Upper Middle: Pi Phi, Delta Gamma, Alpha Chi
Lower Middle: Chi Omega, Theta, Delta Zeta
Bottom: Kappa Delta, Gamma Phi, Alpha Delta Pi

The tiers are entirely accurate. The only thing is contend with is Kappa being "#1." They're really not all that ahead of TriDelt or Zeta, in fact you could argue they're far behind them in more than one aspect. They neither have the prettiest, coolest, wildest, wealthiest, classiest, smartest, or most involved girls. They're good in most of these areas, but not good enough to be considered above everyone else sorry

Somewhat difficult, but there by no means the hardest to get a bid from. The difficulty of obtaining a bid isn't really what makes a chapter top tier though, its the quality of the chapter itself. For example, its arguable harder to get a bid from Theta than it is to get a bid from KKG, due to Theta's crazy overbearing alumni, but Theta is a middle tier chapter whereas KKG is considered by most to be in the top 3 or 4

All three of them are known for being pretty wealthy and for the most part full of pretty girls. Zeta is pretty much unanimously considered the prettiest, and they're popular with the guys cause they have a reputation for being the wildest and most fun. Tri-Delt is known for having the classiest girls and probably the 2nd prettiest. And Kappa is a bit of a balance between the two

It's not, really. It all just depends on who you talk to. Ask a girl and they'll say whatever sorority they're in is the best. Ask a KA or Fiji they'll say Tri Delt. Ask a Beta they'll say Kappa. Ask SAE, Sigep, Delt, or almost anyone else and they'll say Zeta. Personally I think everyone in the top 3 is pretty interchangeable.

Every sorority has a group of partiers. Overall, TriDelt probably doesn't party as much as Zeta and KKG but they're still pretty social. The thing is that KKG and Zeta seem to hang out with everyone, or at least most of the top and upper middle tiers. TriDelt pretty much exclusively hangs out with KA and Fiji

Kappa is overrated. They're not at all a bad sorority but they're definitely not top house. The only think that keeps them in the top tier is their relationship with KA and their tendency to get a lot of girls with rich dads

Honestly Kappa and Tri Delta are top because they are getting the girls who could be in top chapters at other Texas schools.....PKT legacies from wealthy area....Zeta is getting beautiful girls....often from suburbs and small towns.....but not many legacies or girls with connections. Does not really matter....just different type girls.

Zeta...because they are "hot"...that is what they want and all they take....most important thing by far to them.
Pi phi, Chi O...class again....it is not ALL about looks for them....they are cute.... some girls say boring but they are just good girls. Wholesome girl next door type. A lot of them would have been fine in Tri Delta or Kappa but did not want Zeta
AXO and DG...fun and pretty ...great groups but some classy girls would NOT pledge here. Most of these girls would also be comfortable in Zeta or DZ. They are both very pretty! Like Zeta, looks and fun are main things they want in a pledge class.
Theta...classy, nice Christian girls...they are catching it because they aren't as "hot" but seriously that is not all that matters like this site says over and over....great sisterhood!
This site is so dominated by the party girls who don't understand that many of us do not think that looks are all that makes a sorority "top" or good. Of course we want to do stuff with boys, but many of those fraternity guys that you all are working so hard to impress are not the type of guy we want. They just are not that impressive to many of us once you leave Fiji and KA....
PNMS please just go in where you feel comfortable. The same mean girls are on here over and over again trying to bring other chapters down. The chapters are just different

So, I'm guessing you are saying when a chapter is more interested in looks than class isn't tearing them down?!

This is a very accurate post. Kappa, Tri Delt, Pi Phi, Chi O, Theta are not just looking for FACE girls - they want fun, classy, smart, outgoing, and accomplished girls.
Zeta has always just focused on looks.

I'm not in Zeta, but this is completely inaccurate. Of any chapter. You can't hide a horrible attitude through layers of makeup, and you can't deny an awesome girl who might not have been the homecoming queen. Every chapter looks for quality girls who are going to bring their chapter up: academically, socially, and as leaders on campus.
So please don't get caught up in the lies of 'am I hot enough?', just be yourself because that's what makes you beautiful.

I think "class" was just saying that different groups have different priorities. People got pretty upset....wow! (Shows who is on here the most btw.)
I don't think you can argue that looks are more important to Zeta, AXO, DZ, and maybe DG than where a girl is from or their family. Not sure why that is offensive, frankly. It gets them beautiful, fun girls. Exactly what they are and what they want.
I also don't think you can argue that where a girls is from and personality is more important than looks to Kappa, Tri Delta, and Pi Phi.....
Of course ALL groups want it all, but the most important thing is just different to each group.
