how's phi delt?

I know they're small, but are they good guys?

They are part of what most will consider the "bottom tier" meaning nobody really knows about them and they're not very involved with Greek Life. Being in a bottom tier fraternity means you lose most of the advantages of being in a fraternity in the first place (like having sorority connections, big parties, social proof around campus, etc.) but you can still gain a resume builder, a good group of friends, a sense of brotherhood, and a house to party at.

Phi Delt at A&M actually has a pretty nice house, and I hear they have a strong sense of brotherhood. They don't have much if any of a sorority following though. As far as the guys themselves its a pretty mixed bag; there's a lot of dorky kids, a lot of normal guys, country boys, athletes, and surprisingly for a bottom tier, Phi Delt also unfortunately has quite a few douchebags as well lmao
