what makes bottom houses bottom exactly?

trying to figure out how houses get ranked bc every sorority girl i meet seems exactly the same. what makes a dz diff from a dg or chi o from gphi or something? it seems like a lot of girls are friends w girls in other sororities too so how do you know the difference when rushing?

Coming from a sorority, the main thing that separates top and bottom houses is who you mix with IMO, obv you're not a top house if you're not mixing with top frats lol
