What to do for spring cob

Hi! I was wondering what people’s opinions are on how to go about cob. I know you fill out the form on Tamu Panhellenic, but what do you do after? For me specifically, I have a certain house in mind but do not have any friends in said house. I saw on here that they are doing cob as well. What should I do next?
