Where is the best place to live off campus

Looking for a house! Where should we start? Historic, northgate, Bryan?

Bryan will be the cheapest. Northgate can get pricey and some houses are run down and some are ok. Historic is in the middle. Depends who you rent from or what website you use lol

Near the Foster and Dominik area there is a park with tennis courts, a track and basketball court, there are bunch of super neat houses for cheap! Nothing cookie cutter, no duplexes and they have great backyards! Id look there too!
