Top tier is spot on, so is bottom tier. The only problem with this list is that the middle tier is too broad. There's a huge difference between Beta/SigmaChi/Sigma Nu and Kappa Sig/PiKap/Pike

I really don't think there's all that big of a difference between them. What makes Beta/SigmaChi/SigmaNu better than KappaSig/PiKap/Pike? Beta doesn't even have a house or do anything all that social. Girls are basically afraid of Sigma Chi, and Sigma Nu is kind of invisible. On the other hand PiKap has the only house on sorority row, and Pike & Kappa Sig are really popular with the middle tier sororities

Give it a few years and I guarantee you Pike and Kappa Sig will be above Beta and Sigma Chi. It's a game of quality and quantity and Beta/Sigma Chi have neither

Betas hold a solid reputation, and Sigma Chi and Sigma Nu have two of the nicest houses, Meanwhile Kappa Sig has a shed for a house, Pike doesnt have a house and Pi Kapp gets shat on.

1st off, the quality of a chapter really isn't judged by the size of a fraternity house. 2nd off, I like how you conveniently left out the fact that Beta doesn't even have a house while criticizing everyone else's. But yea don't worry, at least your chapter is "solid"

The only reason Beta and Sigma Chi are still even considered middle tier is because of old pledge classes that have already graduated and the reputation that came with them. Those two chapters have gone down immensely and will soon be passed up by Sig Nu, Pike, and Kappa Sig
