How to get a bid?

I'm an incoming freshie, and was wondering how to get bids from the sororities. Do I just have to know people in a sorority and already be friends with some of the girls? That's how some people have described it to me

incoming freshman ? As in class of 2029šŸ˜­?? ik this is all exciting but you donā€™t need to be on here already. Follow Panhellenic on instagram if youā€™re interested , wait until Summer for TAMU Panhellenic to give more information for rush process.

Work on high school and getting accepted into college before you even think about a sorority because college acceptance isnā€™t a guarantee and not why you come to college anyway. Also get off Greek rank. You should not be on here unless you are in a sorority. And unless they are in a sorority donā€™t let ā€œsome peopleā€ tell you what it takes to get a bid. Or the internet for that matter.
