Rushing a top frat as a sophomore

Do top frats like Pike Kappa Sig and Sig chi take sophomores rushing in the spring as pledges? Or are they against it

every top frat takes kids of all ages, I know even juniors who rushed and got bids for them.

I have seen lots of sophomores and juniors rush! Do you know how to build stuff.. that might help you too. That chili build is som competition.
