ADPi isn't, PiPhi isn't. AOII yes. AXO... that's what I've heard. Don't know about Gphi but haven't heard it.

COB? No, DZ isn’t doing COB. They had quota plus so they are at chapter total. Spring COB is always possible, as it is for a lot of chapters due to Winter graduation. But they aren’t doing COB for the fall.

theres a comment on another post that DZ is under total (as are half the chapters) and will be COB'ing
