How do rankings change?
by: lolFrom someone in a bottom sorority how on earth do people expect you to move up if they don’t even give you a chance? I want nothing more than to be able to mix with frats and have that “typical sorority experience” but because I chose genuine-ness of the girls over parties and relations i don’t really have that. I want to make my chapter better because it is sometimes embarrassing having to say you’re in a bottom house and literally no one wants to mix with us and I have no idea why. Is it just something you gotta deal with??

I would say the best way to improve your chapter, is to focus on keeping your sisterhood strong first and foremost. Encourage participation on campus as well.
Next, make sure your chapter gets help with recruitment techniques to continue to improve with every pledge class. Conversations really matter, along with building relationships with pnms around campus.
Once you have done those things, focus on getting out to other greek events and parties. Make sure your chapter is visible in the greek community. Support other chapters, make friends with frats, go to their parties, etc.
