Good houses get the most haters on this site

I've noticed good houses are being so hated on this site recently. I've seen so many posts about tri delt dz kappa and axo zeta when they are good houses. It's sad greek life wants to tear everyone down. There are many other good houses as well but these are the ones I have seen lots of posts about.
