Houses & girls!

You won't get a straight or truthful answer on this terrible site. You'll just have to go through recruitment and make up your own mind.

Just my perception, but everyone has their own opinion and you don't really know what a house is like unless you are in it.

Top 6 (in no order) -
ZTA/AXO: more party girls and more of the glam vibe; you will typically see them very put together with hair and makeup done; not as involved on campus outside of some flos and fish camp but very involved with the frats and mens orgs (pike, sae, etc.)

DDD/XO: draw more of the wealthy, big city legacies; both have some VERY Christian camp girls and some party girls but mostly hang out with a few mens orgs and frats (amc, beta, ka); recruit very strongly; little bit more girl next door/natural than a zta/axo

KKG: goes for the same big city girls as DDD/XO, but definitely more of a party house that sticks with their fav 3 frats

DG: Very much splitting the middle of the ZTA/AXO and the DG/XO aesthetic; lots of different vibes in the house, but really well rounded girls and probably the most involved house on campus

Middle (in no order) -
DZ: attempts the same vibe as AXO/ZTA but just not quite as strong of a reputation; i would say they are a little more chill/bruh girl but still love to be glam and party; typically next choice if you dont get AXO/ZTA

Pi Phi/KD: chill, girls next door; involved on campus and good houses, just not as exclusive as the ones in the top tier

Theta: camp girls; always high on grades and lots of campus involvement; have heard it can be cliquey if you don't fit the mold of Christian camp counselor; typically, next choice is this or Pi Phi if you don't get XO/DDD


Bottom -
GPhi: typically not a first choice house; cute events and nice girls, but hard to pin down a vibe; seem to be concerned with improving ranking

ADPi/AOPi: great friendships and kind girls; just not as strong at recruitment and retention; if you are someone who wants to join for genuine sisterhood and not reputation, these are still great houses\n\n\n\n\n

XO is NOT a top house. They are more like PiPhi. AXO and DZ basically take the same type of girl. You can’t really say one is better than the other. They both take who ever didn’t get into Zeta. DG is not a top sorority anymore. They have been going down for years!
