How do I get a big from the house I want

WTF you are "torn" between two houses when recruitment hasn't even started. You have absolutely no idea what you are talking about when houses haven't even rushed you yet.
The sororities do the choosing and they base it on what they think you can offer the chapter, not on how bad you want them. Better read that again.
If you make it to Sisterhood then you can tell a house how you feel about going to their Pref, and then if you make it to Pref you can reiterate your feelings about wanting a bid, those are the only rounds they want to hear that from you.
