How do I get a bid from sororities?
by: lizzyMy friend is also rushing at Texas A&M and she has been reached out to by multiple Zetas and went to lunch with one this summer. They told her she has a bid from them already. How do I do this? I thought that it wasn't allowed, but I also don't want to end up without anything. Should I reach out to one of them?

I did this last year and then it made recruitment so much more relaxing for me. I was able to just meet new friends and not worry about what impression i was making inside the houses

Even if they are dirty rushing bid promising absolutely does not mean she has a bid. Especially since work week just started. And because rush has not even started I would wait till you meet them before you decide you know what house you want. And if you follow the rules TAMU Panhellenic guarantees a bid so don’t worry about that.

No one is guaranteed a bid, it is possible to be released from all houses. You are guaranteed a bid IF you get to the pref round and rank both pref houses, or just the one if that's all you've got.

I think this is good advice. also DM the recruitment team on social and tell them straight out that you want a bid.
