I have seen a lot of trolls on here spreading lies to PNMs! This is the truth, there’s no denying this list, PNMs pay attention:

Top Tier:
ZTA, AXO

Upper Middle:
DDD, DG, DZ, XO, KD

Lower Middle:
PiPhi, Kappa, GPhi, Theta, ADPi

Bottom Tier:
AOPi

kd down one and then it’s decent. dg has def been slipping but i’d still consider them top.

Two years ago, I’d have agreed with you.

I’m in one of the “Top Tier” sororities above. While KD ain’t us, their last 2 pledge classes have been damn good.

What sets them apart is their strong sisterhood. I had a KD roommate last year & I was jealous of how strong it was compared to my house.

I definitely think they are a up and coming chapter that has a ton to offer.

KD down to lower mid. They are no where near upper mid.
This was obviously made by an AXO. I wouldn’t put them as top but upper mid.

This is pretty dang accurate except put DG up there in the top houses. I also agree that KD has gone up a lot, and Pi Phi and Kappa have slipped because of how uninvolved they are and recruiting a lot of odd girls... I would also say that Theta has become a bottom house while Gphi has gone up almost like they switched places in ranks.

I’d say DG is still top. Drop KD a level and then put ADPi and GPhi with AOPi. GPhi and Theta are mostly interchangeable though. Otherwise a pretty true rank.

Top is DG/ZTA if you're a wannabe influencer who looks at sorority life as a social club in college and DDD/KKG/XO if you're an old money girl who values national reputation and alum involvement.

AXO is not top in either scenario.

Old money can still be suburban IMO. The best neighborhood in Houston is in the suburbs. I think the best way to compare would be DG/ZTA - flashy $$ and KKG/XO/DDD - quiet $$.

AXO down, KD down, then you are about right but I would say that there isn't a big difference between all the top and upper middle houses in reputation (big variation on vibes, but all well respected)
