I’m in a SigEp at another school and I’m transferring here. What should I expect?

They just started their chapter like a year or two ago. Still growing but definitely not a top house

I love sig ep. They aren’t a top house but they’re seen as respectable, good guys. Also their parties are sm fun they have good music so I get to dance 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

They definitely still have a lot of work to do. Some are good guys, but some are creeps. A lot of potential, but they need to start playing their cards right.
